2010 Spring Fling and Mentorship Meet & Greet a Success!
For the first time, ACHE- SouthEastTexasChapter Membership
Committee and Mentorship Committee organized a combined event at Two
Rows Restaurant on Friday, April 23rd. The Mentorship Committee
launched its mentorship program with a Meet & Greet for all mentors
and protégés. This was followed by the Membership Committee’s
networking event. Over 65 attendees enjoyed themselves at the Spring
Fling while networking with other healthcare professionals. We
received several membership pledges from prospective members while
others expressed appreciation for information about ACHE national
and the local chapter ACHE-SETC.
Attendees enjoyed some networking games and fabulous prizes. Members
Victoria Stroman and Joseph McElmurry, and guest Alison Stevens were
among the winners to receive $25 Best Buy gift cards for games and a
raffle. Guest Jurate Zuzeviciene won the raffle for the grand prize
- two, 2-hour executive coaching sessions with Don Gibson, Executive
Consultant for Quantum Health Resources & Associates, for pledging
to sign-up for ACHE membership by May 31st!
ACHE - SETC has several more events planned for the year, including
opportunities to give back to the community. Please keep checking
