The Board of Directors for ACHE – SETC have recently approved the
development of a new funding program (“Educational Development
Initiative”, EDI) to promote higher educational programs, provide
charitable contributions to the community, and provide more
scholarships for health administration graduates, early and mid
careerists throughout the Chapter’s southeast Texas region
consisting of over 1200 members. Currently the Chapter is applying
for a 501 (c) (3) that would allow individuals and for-profit
organizations to contribute to the EDI as a charitable gift.
